Our Organisation
The Living Vine organizational structure includes the Living Vine Mental Health Ministries Inc. in the USA that is composed of individuals who have a vested interest in assuring that mental health quality services are readily available to our clients in the community. Living Vine has partial funding from individuals who are empowered to provide input into the planning process that will lead our organization into the future. We report to our funders who are in our Board of Trustees.
The Chief Executive Officer is accountable to the Board of Trustees and oversees the administrative duties of the organization. Heads of departments report directly to the Chief Executive Officer; the Head of Early Childhood Intervention, Head of Financial Office, Head of Human Resources and the administrator of Information Services.
The Deputy Chief Executive Officer directs the Authority component of our organization and is accountable to the Chief Executive Officer. The heads of the following services; Head of Mental Health and Mental Retardation Services, Addiction Services, Outcomes, Medical Director and Head of Nursing services report directly to the Deputy Chief Executive Officer.
Currently, Living Vine provides services in the following areas: Mental Health Services, Substance abuse/Addiction Services, and Early Childhood or childcare Intervention Services, Mental Retardation Services, and marriage and family therapy services. We anticipate continuous growth in expanding our services to include the department of the aging and disability or geriatric care for members of the community.
Living Vine is committed to providing our clients with ethically sound, efficient and effective quality services. In order to prevent issues of non-compliance, we encourage everyone to take responsibilities to call our attention and report any situation that may require corrections to the ethics of the health care and disabilities service.

Credentials of Living Vine and her Employees and Agents
The powers that be have offered accreditation for the creation and opening of Living Vine with authorization numbers and have reviewed the credentials of all the service staff, employees and agents to ensure they meet the professional level (i.e. certified staff). The CEO is highly qualified with two master’s degrees, specialized in marital and family therapy, substance abuse treatment, psychiatric rehabilitation, and credited with professional licenses and/or certifications from the USA Government Intensive Training Center in Fort Worth Texas with a good standing history in respect to best practices and full time employment in the USA government SAMSHA project. He has submitted his credentials to the local and national authorities for Living Vine to be accredited with the provision of professional services to clients. Any individual can verify with the local and national authorities about the accreditations of Living Vine. Living Vine selflessly strives to not only meet or exceed credentialing standards set forth by local or national authorities but also to train and equip aspiring persons in the mental health field domains as approved by the local and national authorities.
Living Vine Programs meet the requirements of best practices thereby initiating and regularizing updates and checks for bad behavior that can be verified by Living Vine. The goal is to improve the ethics and staff performances on their task. Living Vine ensures discipline inorder to guarantee public safety and trust that the choice to use Living Vine Services and or make referrals is appropriate for all clients.
Living Vine recognizes that a team effort is needed to successfully provide services to clients and for this reason, Living Vine works within a multidisciplinary team valuing each member of the team, having insight into successes and failures as they occur to bring about innovations and solutions.
