The persistence of daily socio-economic problems affecting persons and families, and the conjugal issues within marital homes are increasingly causing myriad of forms of mental issues which consequently lead to tendencies of substance dependence and which of course overdue dependence becomes an abuse (substance abuse). This problem in our society threatens not just our welfare but that of our children as the result is hardship and misery on one hand and broken homes on the other hand. These circumstances distort life and hurt family members who now struggle with varying mental problems and possible substance dependence.
